HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a holistic exercise system that helps to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. It includes the following practices:

  1. Asanas (body positions and movement flows)
  2. Pranayama (breath exercises)
  3. Methods of relaxation

Using the above methods, blocked energy is released and can begin to flow again. Stress can also be reduced and healing processes can be activated.
